| December Monthly Membership Luncheon held at The Pavilion on December 12 The Marion Chamber of Commerce Monthly Membership Luncheon was held on Tuesday, December 12 at noon at The Pavilion. The Marion Chamber of Commerce Monthly Membership Luncheon was held on Tuesday, December 12 at noon at The Pavilion. The Marion Jr. Jazz Choir, under the direction of Elizabeth Byassee Shore, presented several Christmas tunes as entertainment for the luncheon guests. Small's catered the event and the menu included pork chops, au gratin potatoes, green beans, glazed carrots, and choice of ooey gooey butter cake or chocolate 4-layer delight. The Insurance House was the sponsor of the December Monthly Membership Luncheon. The results of the Marion Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors election were announced at the luncheon. Nine members of the Marion Chamber of Commerce have been elected to the Chamber’s Board of Directors. Each will serve on the Board from February 2018 to January 2021.
