Inaugural Block Par-tee event held October 13 at Heartland Regional Medical Center
The inaugural Marion Chamber of Commerce Block Par-tee: Community Fest & Bag Board/Putt-putt Tournament was held on Friday, October 13 from 4-8 p.m. at Heartland Regional Medical Center's Serenity Trail. 

The event included food, drinks, prizes, games, vendors, networking and more!

The inaugural Marion Chamber of Commerce Block Par-tee: Community Fest & Bag Board/Putt-putt Tournament was held on Friday, October 13 from 4-8 p.m. at Heartland Regional Medical Center's Serenity Trail. 

The event included food, drinks, prizes, games, vendors, networking and more! 

The Putt-Putt tournament was held from 4-8 p.m. Vendors in the Block Par-tee designed their own putt-putt holes in the Putt-Putt Tournament and recorded scores of all Putt-Putt players at their vendor space. The first place trophy and gift basket went to Kyle Houseright. Second place went to Alyssa Plumley. Winners will have 1 week from October 16 to claim the winnings at the Marion Chamber office (2305 West Main, Marion). 

The winners of the 2 round-trip plane tickets to St. Louis from Veterans Airport of Southern Illinois and Cape Air were Wendi Pritchett and Kevin Maurizio. Winners will have 1 week from October 16 to claim the winnings at the Marion Chamber office (2305 West Main, Marion). 

The Banterra Bank Bag Tournament began at 5 p.m. 50% of registration went to payouts. First place went to Nick Utley and Terri Collier. 

The winner of the Best Putt-Putt Hole is The HUB. The winner was chosen by putt-putt participant votes. The HUB has won a gift basket courtesy of Banterra Bank. 

The winner of the Fast Eddie's Karaoke Contest was Mike Ben Avi. The winner was chosen by Fast Eddie's Karaoke & DJ Show staff. 

Vendors in the Block Par-tee included: This event is a fundraiser for the Marion Chamber Foundation, which coordinates Grad Spree, awards scholarships to Marion-area students and more.
