| August Monthly Membership Luncheon held On Tuesday, August 9, the Marion Chamber of Commerce held a Monthly Membership Luncheon at Kokopelli. The Marion Chamber of Commerce Monthly Membership Luncheon was held on Tuesday, August 9 at noon at Kokopelli. The presenter was Karen Cupp with Toastmasters who spoke about "How to give a professional presentation." She was an instructor for the SIU Small Business Development Operation Bootstrap program, former Chair of the Educational Technology Committee for the Egyptian Board of Realtors, president of the Jackson/Williamson County Rotary Club, leader in the John Maxwell Mastermind group, founder of the Southern Illinois Toastmasters Club - an organization dedicated to developing dynamic communication skills and is the founder and CEO of Karen Cupp Coaching. Illinois Star Centre Mall was the sponsor of the August Monthly Membership Luncheon.
