The Marion Chamber of Commerce's Business Before Hours program was held on Thursday, October 23 at Heartland Regional Medical Center and featured The HUB.

The meeting started at roughly 7:45 am in Classroom 1 at Heartland Regional Medical Center. Attendees enjoyed a delicious free breakfast provided by the wonderful staff of Heartland Regional. Breakfast included: Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Biscuits and Gravy, Oatmeal, Various Muffins, Bagels and Danishes, and Fresh Fruit. Juice, Coffee and Water were also available for guests. There were about 30 people who attended.

Attendees played a fun networking game called “Two Truths, One Lie”, followed by a presentation from Hilary LeHew with The HUB.

Hilary LeHew spoke about The HUB facility and all it has to offer. She brought a survey for people to fill out which included items about amenities people wanted the most, how we had heard about The HUB, and whether or not people were interested in a membership. She spoke about The HUB having birthday parties, swimming lessons for all age groups, Volley Ball and Basketball, and much more. Hilary mentioned that The HUB was due to be completed in December or January.
