| July Business Before Hours a success The first Business Before Hours event was held on Thursday, July 24. More than 30 people participated in the inaugural event. Attendees participated in a "Six Degrees of Separation" networking activity, enjoyed breakfast provided by Heartland Regional Medical Center and listened to a presentation about Disaster Recovery by James Mayer with Mayer Networks. The next Business Before Hours event will be held on Thursday, October 23 at Heartland Regional Medical Center Classroom 1 from 7:45-9 a.m. Hilary LeHew with The HUB will be the presenter. Marion Chamber of Commerce Business Before Hours events are held on the fourth Thursday, every quarter (July, October, January and April) during the year, at 7:45 a.m. at Heartland Regional Medical Center, Classroom 1. Presenters for each Business Before Hours are chosen by the Marion Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee.
