A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on Friday, November 17 at 5 p.m. for Artstarts' new set building, 104 South Van Buren, Marion. The event included an Open House until 6 p.m., appetizers, drinks and a drawing for 2 tickets for Hunchback of Notre Dame.
