Marion Chamber teams up with Heartland Regional Medical Center for inaugural Block Par-tee event

Marion Chamber of Commerce presents the inaugural Block Par-tee: Community Fest & Bag Board/Putt-putt Tournament on Friday, October 13 from 4-8 p.m. at Heartland Regional Medical Center's Serenity Trail. 

The event will include food, drinks, prizes, games, vendors, networking and more!

Here are the ways you can participate:

• Participate in the Putt-Putt Tournament - $5/person. 
  • It is $5 for each person to participate in the Putt-Putt Tournament, which begins at 4 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m. Refunds will not be provided. Vendors in the Block Par-tee will design their own holes in the Putt-Putt Tournament and will record scores of all Putt-Putt players at their vendor space. A prize will be given to the best overall score.
• Participate in the Bag Board Tournament - $40/team
  • The Banterra Bank Bag Tournament would begin at 5 p.m. 50% of registration goes to payouts. The cost to register a team for the tournament is $40/team (2 players on each team).
• Participate in the Williamson County Heartland Rotary Bocce Tournament - $100/team
  • All proceeds will be donated to the Marion Chamber of Commerce Grad Spree and The Southern Illinois Coalition for the Homeless. Each team comprises four people. 
• Vendor space:
  • Chamber Members ONLY - $50
    • Vendors for the Block Par-tee can begin setup at 3 p.m. along HRMC's Serenity Trail. The event will begin at 4 p.m. To display your goods/services at the Block Par-tee the fee is $50. Vendors will have the option of having a putt-putt hole at their vendor space or not. Refunds will not be provided.
    • Non-Chamber members:
      • Vendor space + membership for non-Chamber members - $235
        • This option is for non-Chamber members who wish to not only be a vendor at the Block Par-tee but also receive a membership with the Marion Chamber of Commerce through December 31, 2018 (This cost represents a discount on membership. Please call the Chamber to find out how much you are saving). $50 of this cost goes to the Marion Chamber Foundation, which organizes Grad Spree, provides scholarships to Marion-area students and more. Vendors for the Block Par-tee can begin setup at 3 p.m. along HRMC's Serenity Trail. The event will begin at 4 p.m. Vendors will have the option of having a putt-putt hole at their vendor space or not. Refunds will not be provided.
      • Vendor space for non-Chamber members ONLY - $100
        • This option is for non-Chamber members who ONLY wish to be a vendor at the Block Par-tee but will NOT receive a discount on membership with the Marion Chamber of Commerce. Vendors for the Block Par-tee can begin setup at 3 p.m. along HRMC's Serenity Trail. The event will begin at 4 p.m. Vendors will have the option of having a putt-putt hole at their vendor space or not. Refunds will not be provided.
• Attend the Block Par-tee - FREE!

The Putt-Putt tournament will be held from 4-8 p.m. Vendors in the Block Par-tee will design their own holes in the Putt-Putt Tournament and will record scores of all Putt-Putt players at their vendor space. Everyone is welcome to be a vendor at the Block Par-tee. Vendors for the Block Par-tee can begin setup at 2 p.m. along Heartland Regional Medical Center's Serenity Trail.
