Dear Community Leader:

You are invited to participate in the Small Changes, Big Impact: Worksite Wellness Forum. The Forum will be a region wide effort to exchange ideas about building healthier communities and worksites, to discover available resources in the community, and to hear what other leaders in this region are doing to improve health. The event will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Hancock Conference Center at John A. Logan College (700 Logan College Road, Carterville, IL 62918).

Dr. VB Panchamukhi will serve as the keynote speaker.  Dr. VB Panchamukhi is a cardiologist at Prairie Cardiovascular and is a member of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. He will share the importance of heart health for you and your employees.

Additional speakers will cover the following topics:
·        Ergonomics
·        Nutrition
·        Physical activity
·        Walking Paths

There is no cost for the event. Participants should arrive to check-in at 11:30 a.m. A light lunch will be provided and door prizes will be given away to assist worksites in strengthening their wellness programs. Attendees will also receive a worksite wellness starter kit full of ideas and a flashdrive with tools for worksites.   Limited seating is available.  RSVP by Friday, March 17, 2017.
