The Arthritis Foundation is focused on finding a cure and championing the fight against arthritis with life-changing information, advocacy, science and community. Leading the fight for the arthritis community, the Arthritis Foundation helps conquer everyday battles through life-changing information and resources, access to optimal care, advancements in science and community connections.
Our goal is to chart a winning course, guiding families in developing personalized plans for living a full life – and making each day another stride towards a cure. We also publish Arthritis Today, the award-winning magazine that reaches 4.2 million readers.
Walk to Cure Arthritis, the Arthritis Foundation’s national signature event, began in the 1990s. It has drawn thousands of participants in scores of communities every spring, primarily in May, as well as in the fall in some locations. So far this event has raised more than $100 million to help end the barriers the 50+ million Americans who are affected by arthritis face, including 300,000 children and their families. Another step, another victory.

Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren't just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we're charting the course to a cure. The event is on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Rent One Park and features a three-mile and one-mile course. We'll have information about arthritis and fun activities for the entire family. Pet owners are encouraged to bring their dogs. Let's walk together, support each other and raise funds to find a cure for arthritis! Every step counts, every dollar matters! Register today!
