A comprehensive review of important aspects of both Illinois and Federal Employment Law will be covered in this full day seminar presented by members of SmithAmundsen’s Labor & Employment Law Group. Critical legal developments will be discussed in order to help employers better manage and take control over difficult employment and labor issues impacting the workplace. Using the newest edition of the Illinois Chamber’s Employment Law Handbook as a guideline, this will be one of the most intense and meaningful seminars offered for employers in 2016. From immigration to Obamacare compliance, to
