This full day seminar provides Illinois employers with the information they need as FMLA and other leave issues have recently changed.
• Employee leave laws are convoluted and confusing; Working through the right combination of laws is difficult for many – especially the FMLA.
• There is subtle interplay between the leave issue laws and employers must understand the multitude of leave laws.
• Private employers of all sizes and types will get the information they need to work through the maze of administering virtually all types of government mandated leave laws.
• Offers valuable insight into how an employer’s voluntary leave policies and benefits can and will impact mandatory leave laws.
• New legislation and significant case law development examples will be provided throughout the full day seminar and make this a seminar that should not be missed.
