Event Description
Nothing raises awareness like having multiple Veteran Organizations come together across the nation to work in unison. The Marion VA Medical Center will be hosting Southern Illinois’ second annual “Run as One” 5K to help raise awareness for PTSD and Veteran suicide.
This will be the second year in a row the Marion VA will host Veteran organizations: Team Red, White and Blue; Team Rubicon and The Mission Continues.
Last year, the event attracted over 200 participants and is expected to grow. Bring the whole family to show support for our Veterans and join us for some fun at this FREE 5k run/walk on Saturday, April 16 at 10am at the Marion VA Medical Center.
