Leadership is both an art and a science as it is applied in the workplace. It is the art of inspiring others

components that create motivation in their teams and inspire them to work toward a common vision.
They will also learn the science of managing, measuring, and maintaining top performance within their
organizations. It is the combination of creating the right culture and the right strategies that leads to a
workforce that is high in performance, low in turnover, and excited about success.
1:30pm - 3:30pm Anatomy of a Lawsuit
Presented by Craig Annunziata and Nesheba Kittling, Fisher & Phillips LLP
A lot of presentations give guidance to employers on “prevention”, “best practices” and “dispute
avoidance”. This presentation will begin where those end. It will demonstrate - vignette by vignette - how
an employment lawsuit works and evolves. As you learn about the evolution, you will gain invaluable
insight and techniques on how to not only apply what you have learned in other presentations, but also
how to minimize risk and exposure for your company.
