Leadership Classes
Give your leaders the skills to steer your organization to success.
The following classes can be taken individually or as part of the Selsius™ Leadership Certificate Series that consists of 15 unique courses offered February – December 2015, designed to enhance and develop the skills of extraordinary leadership. To qualify for the certificate, participants must complete a minimum of 46 hours, consisting of 4 required courses and 7 of 11 optional courses.
DiSC: Discovering Your Leadership Style*
Identify your strengths by focusing on the behaviors that “come naturally” to you and learn how to adapt your behavioral style to communicate more effectively as a leader.
