The webinar will educate employers on improving safe work practices by conducting a proper job analysis, decreasing injury claims, controlling rehabilitation costs, and expediting employees' early return to work after an injury.
Surekha Bhangare, PT has been a licensed physical therapist since 1978. She is the president and founder of Midwest Rehabilitation Services, Ltd., a provider of physical and occupational therapy services for the Chicagoland area for the past 30 years. She has performed Functional Job Analyses and has created Job specific tests for over 110 positions at Medium, Heavy, and Very Heavy Physical Demand Capacity (PDC) levels.
