Black Diamond Harley-Davidson announced today they will give away $10,000, the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 28, 2014. The announcement comes as part of the Green Friday Festivities at Black Diamond. Shoppers will be able to get their share of $10,000 that will be dropped from a helicopter.
The concept of dropping the cash from the helicopter began with Black Diamond showcasing the importance of giving during the holiday season. Shad Zimbro, Co-Owner of Black Diamond Harley-Davidson says, “The $10,000 that is dropped from the helicopter will help relieve some of the financial stress for many, as well as put money directly back into the southern Illinois economy through purchases made at local stores, shops, and restaurants. It is a great opportunity to be able to assist others with holiday purchases as well as kick starting the local economy.”
For those that are 18 years or older and wish to participate here is what you need to do. Shop at Black Diamond Harley-Davidson anytime from 8a-8pm on Wednesday, November 26th and get your receipt. The receipt is your ticket into the cash drop.
Make sure you are at Black Diamond Harley-Davidson on Friday November 28 by noon to check in for the Green Friday Cash Drop at 1pm.
