Join us for a half day seminar focused entirely on what employment forms employers must
modify, change or implement in time for 2015. Using the correct and most up-to-date personnel
form is critical. This seminar will not only identify what forms need to be modified due to
changes in applicable law, but will also provide attendees guidance on how to complete the forms
correctly.
The Labor and Employment law Attorneys of SmithAmundsen LLC will discuss changes in the
law and the corresponding forms to keep up with these changes including: Interview checklists,
record keeping requirements, employee data records, job descriptions and their content,
performance evaluations, reference and background check forms, discipline and termination,
leave of absence and accommodation mandates, and other forms necessary for doing business in
today’s world.
Each attendee will receive a copy of Illinois Employment Forms as their manual to keep. This
book includes 390 pages of information for Illinois employers to use in managing their human
resources.
