This presentation will explore the new Illinois laws on medical marijuana and their impact on the workplace, focusing on the rights and obligations of employers in enforcing drug policies and controlling possession and use of medical marijuana on the employer's property. The discussion will also include and examination of the interplay between federal and Illinois law with respect to marijuana, including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
